Earth's mantle surface is the most verdant with a native, infrequently cultivated dense flora blanket.

• Return any soil agronomy to the natural design of plants providing their own nutrient-dense soils in the arable deserts and this alone will return all plant production to sustainable, nutrient-dense, self-protecting flora.

Where the flora blanket flourishes, the abundant soil fauna is the most healthy and diverse.

• Desert restoration methods are essentially the same for tropical and temperate regions.

• The factors other than drought require appropriate modification, yet pose little additional burden to implement.

• If not all arid regions can be restored equally, each benefits with plant and soil return to natural design of plants providing their own nutrient-dense soils.

• Where precipitation increases with multi-story tree planting occurs, building soil with high organic content both retains the moisture better and provides all plants much better nutrition.

• In arid regions build up of high organic content soils rapidly accelerates plant growth and precipitation increase.

In this blog I share a few of many workable solutions to increase production of biomass for depleted soil organic material modifying. Plants are adaptable to less than optimal soil, so for initial organic addition most sources of biomass accelerate plant production. Only plants that are very sensitive to salts do poorly, but most arid area plants are tolerant of salts.

This fact allows sea water use for producing biomass a good source of necessary water, where the biomass plants are produced in isolated ponds that prevent contact with the soil, This sea water can be solar evaporated to add to desert soil, or used to produce non-halophyte plant mass.

In the last analysis, to me it appears that Creator gives us the recipe to restore His Negev to its post-flood verdant state. Those opposed to Creator and the design of His life creation are for the most part, incapable of turning loose of their death-grip on their own failed agenda of knowing more than Creator about what's right for His little earth's flora and fauna interests. In the last analysis, those who oppose Creator are incapable of withstanding His authority over His earth, and all else.
